FAQs
How do I sign up?
On your first visit, stop by the main office, and we’ll get you set up and provide a day pass. On future visits, you can head straight to the pantry.
What documentation do I need to bring?
None. We don’t require an ID or any other documentation to get started.
What information do I need to provide?
We’ll ask for your name and how many people are in your household. This helps us check you in and determine how much food your household can receive each week.
You’re welcome to share additional information, like age or address, when signing up. This information is optional and helps us better understand our community and secure funding to support our programs.
When can I shop?
Visit the food bank once per week during our distribution hours:
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 6:15pm
Wednesday: 9:30am - 4:15pm
Thursday: Seniors only (65+): 10:00am - 11:30 am
All clients: 11:30am - 12:45pm
*You are welcome to visit anytime between our distribution hours; there is no need to schedule an appointment.
What Should I Expect?
A welcoming group of people and a variety of healthy food options. Our team is made up of dedicated staff and volunteers, many of whom have been volunteering with us for years.
Take our virtual tour to see what the inside of the pantry looks like. Food selection changes each week based on availability, especially for fresh produce, but items like meat, dairy, eggs, and bread are almost always available.
